💛 Suggested Fair Contribution Guide
1. Considerations Report
Suggested Range: $85 – $175
Each report takes several hours of document review, legal cross-referencing, and custom recommendations. Families who can contribute toward the upper range help offset time for those who truly can’t.
2. Professionally Worded School Email
Suggested Range: $45 – $95
Includes tailored phrasing that cites procedural safeguards, IDEA/504 language, and maintains a collaborative tone. This is ideal for requests, rebuttals, or clarifications before or after an ARD meeting.
3. Intervention & Resource Sourcing
Suggested Range: $65 – $150
Covers research and coordination to identify qualified therapists, programs, or community supports that fit the child’s profile, location, and insurance/financial realities.
